Code series
Which letter belongs to which collection
Every collection of the House issues its own code series, and a code is issued once. The Library's property code LHL-H is the universal key that ties a property across all of them.
This register publishes under LHL-E. The letter was moved on 3 September 2026: the series began as LHL-R, and R passed to the Library's residences. Nothing was renumbered when the letter changed — LHL-R-227 became LHL-E-227, the same record with the same number.
Retired codes are never reissued and a vacated number is never occupied. LHL-E-067 was withdrawn when La Réserve de Beaulieu was ruled to hold no territory and belongs in Legendary Addresses; the number stays empty. Five further numbers were retired when a converter issued two codes to one property, and those stay empty too.
The sister collections run under their own letters — Private Island Resorts, Fashion, Luxury, Luxury Lifestyle, Legendary Addresses, Boutique, Safari & Wilderness, Wellness, Adventure & Nature and All-Inclusive. Where a record here also holds a card in one of those, it is shown under Also in the Library, with a line saying why it is not primary there.
The House issues a property key, PRP, in the master registry, one code to one physical object, inherited by construction and never matched by name. It has not yet descended into this collection: every record here carries an empty key, and the cross-collection links are shown by collection rather than by code until it does.
